3-day return window. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return or Exchange

[email protected] or DM us on Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order.

Share Details
Send your order ID, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Ship It Back
We'll send you a return address. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 2 days of our confirmation.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Razorpay / UPI payments — refunded to source account within 5–7 business days
- Credit / Debit card payments — may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank
- Store credit option available for faster resolution — credited within 24 hours
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange within the 3-day window, subject to availability. If the item you want isn't available, we'll issue a full refund.

What Can't Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items marked as "Final Sale"
- Jewellery and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise — that's not the Albino Duckling standard. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
